Our therapists will always ensure you are properly draped at all times, only uncovering the specific area being worked on. You should feel safe, respected, and fully at ease throughout your session.  Draping in massage therapy is the use of sheets or towels to cover a client's body, ensuring they remain comfortable, warm, and modest. It is a fundamental practice that isolates the specific area being worked on while keeping the rest of the body securely covered.

What will I feel like after my massage?

After your massage, you will likely feel groggy and a bit sleepy as your body comes out of a deeply relaxed state. It’s normal to feel slightly “out of it” at first, so you should take a few minutes to wake up fully before getting up and driving. Your therapist will often offer you water, and it’s important to drink it to stay hydrated and support your body after the session. You may also notice a calm, floaty feeling, mild soreness similar to a light workout, improved mobility, or slight lightheadedness if you stand up too quickly, so it’s best to move slowly and give yourself time to readjust.
